The roller of the cylindrical roller bearings are commonly guided by the two ribs on bearing ring. Cage , roller and guiding ring constitute a set of assembly, they are separated from the other ring. These bearings are separable, easy to mount and dismount. They are advantageous in the application where inner ring ,outer ring, shaft and housing are requied interference fit. These bearings are usually used for carrying radial loads, and only single row beairngs whose inner ring and outer ring are both with ribs can accommodate minor normal axial road or maior intermittent axial roads. Compared with deep groove ball bearings, thse bearings have larger radial load carrying capacity. But they have high processing requirement on the paired shaft, housing bore and othe elements.
